Ajah Living is a residential development in Abraham Adesanya Estate, Ajah, Lagos. It is developed by Sterlingwell Homes & Properties Limited and exclusively marketed by HausPlenti Limited (together, "we", "us" or "our").

When you submit a reservation request, we collect your full name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country of residence, any message you choose to include, and the property type and payment plan you selected.

We do not ask for payment or bank details on this website.

How we use your information

We use your details only to respond to your reservation request, contact you about the selected property and payment plan, and guide you through the next steps of your purchase.

We will not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your details may be shared between Sterlingwell Homes & Properties Limited and HausPlenti Limited so that your enquiry can be handled. Where you proceed with financing, information may be shared with a financing provider only with your agreement.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

How we store your information

Reservation requests are stored privately and are accessible only to the team handling enquiries. We keep your information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting purchase, or as required by law.

We also use Google Sheets to organise reservation enquiries and Gmail to notify our sales team. These services process enquiry information on our behalf. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
